CJC-1295 (No DAC), also known as Modified GRF (1-29), is a 29 amino acid synthetic analog of the first 29 residues of growth hormone releasing hormone. It carries four amino acid substitutions from the native sequence that were introduced to improve the peptide's stability, and it lacks the Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) attachment found on the longer CJC-1295 variant.
